When are you restocking (insert product name here)?
We don’t restock every item. However, make sure to sign up for our email list and follow us on our social media channels to be notified of new and restocked products.
I ordered the wrong size item, can I exchange it?

Why was my order canceled?
We take security and fraud very seriously, we have measures in place to detect and identify potential fraudulent orders. If your order is cancelled right after you submit it, chances are its been flagged for fraud. If you email us we can explain exactly why it was cancelled.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship everywhere that our platform lets us. If for some reason you don’t see your country when checking out, please send us an email and we’ll get it figured out for you!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. Domestic (United States) first class shipping takes about 3-5 business days. International shipping can take anywhere from 10-30 business days although its usually closer to 10-12 days.

Do these work as shoelaces for my shoes?
No, our laces are much thicker and longer than a typical shoelace and the aglets are too large to fit in a typical eyelet on a shoe. Although they are designed to look like shoelaces, they are meant to be worn around the waist. But hey, if you can somehow get them in your shoes then more power to ya!
